Cleveland’s newest LIVE music competition at tower city featuring Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.
In this 5-week downtown music event, bands and artists from all over will battle it out at Tower City in front of a live audience—an audience that will ultimately decide their fate. The winner of Battle of the Land will open for Cleveland legend Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and kick off the Rock Hall Induction opening weekend at Tower City on October 28. And guess what? It’s all free and open to the public.
Battle of the Land finalists announced; winner to open at Bone Thugs-N-Harmony show
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- One local artist will have the opportunity to open for one of the most legendary Cleveland rap groups of all time next week.
Battle of the Land, a competition run by Bedrock (the real estate company which runs Tower City Center) has found its four finalists: rock bands Free Drew and Sparrow And The Lost Boys, and rappers Blayzee and MuRR. According to a press release, the four acts will face off on Oct. 27 at Tower City -- and the winner will open for Bone Thugs the next day on Oct. 28, for a show at the building’s Skylight Concourse.
The shows are set just days ahead of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction, set for Oct. 30.
All Battle of the Land events -- including the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony concert -- are free and open to the public, on a first-come, first-served basis. Face masks are required during events, according to a press release.
